Just like every family on the Sorrento Coast, where lemon groves flourish on terraced cliffs overlooking the sea, we continue this historic ritual, bringing to life an infusion that captures the very essence of this land. Our Limoncello is made exclusively from carefully selected Sorrento lemons, their sun-kissed peels rich in essential oils. The zest is left to macerate in pure wheat distillate for a week, before being blended with a delicate sugar syrup. The result? A harmonious balance of citrus acidity, alcohol strength, and refined sweetness.
