Kit all grain Stile Italiano Pink Ipa – Almond ’22

This kit includes all the ingredients to produce 23 litres IPA (Italian Pale Ale) beer following great Italian brewers’ recipes. Pink Ipa (by brewery Almond 22) is a beer with a golden color and orange reflections. Exuberant from the foam, compact and very fine, it is immediately captivating, with its aromas of exotic fruit, mango, passion fruit, pink grapefruit, accompanied by tantalising resinous notes (Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Hallertauer Saphir the hops used). In the mouth it is full, dominated by a fruity sweetness that immediately pervades the palate, well balanced by a final dryness where exotic aromas return. The light and pleasant pinch on the gums reminds us of the extra ingredient, a variety of Brazilian pink pepper.
