In 2008 the brewery Baladin launches the first Italian beer “Open” the recipe for which is published on the web to allow all homebrewer to produce at home the clone of this beer with the All Grain method. The idea of the revolutionary project “Open Baladin” revolves around the sharing: from recipes posted to the spread of new distribution channels aims to weave experiences brewers from around the world. A collaboration between Mr. Malt and Baladin born three new beerkit who interpret the recipes of the Open Baladin … and the dream of many homebrewer comes true! A beer which combines the features of caramel and amber malts with the aromas of American hops. The result is an explosion of well-balanced taste, where the biscuit flavor coming from cereals and the notes of dried fruit blend perfectly with the bitterness and aromatic scents of hops and of the orange peel from Calabria. The body is strong but never excessive, to ensure it is an easy to drink beer. The head is thick and creamy.
