MQ135 Air Quality Gas Sensor The MQ-135 Air Quality Gas Sensor is a semiconductor gas sensor designed to detect harmful gases and air pollutants. It uses a tin dioxide (SnO?) sensing element whose resistance changes when exposed to gases such as ammonia (NH?), nitrogen oxides (NOx), alcohol, benzene, smoke, and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The sensor includes a built-in heater to maintain proper operating temperature and provides an analog output that varies with gas concentration. The MQ-135 is widely used in basic air quality monitoring and environmental sensing applications.Click here to view related productsFeaturesDetects air pollutants and harmful gases (NH?, NOx, alcohol, benzene, smoke, VOCs)High sensitivity to poor air quality conditionsAnalog output proportional to gas concentrationIntegrated heater for stable and reliable operationSimple interface with microcontrollers (ADC required)Compact size and low costLong operational lifeApplicationsIndoor air quality monitoring in homes and officesEnvironmental pollution monitoringSmart home air quality alert systemsHVAC system monitoring and controlPortable air quality measurement devicesIndustrial workplace air monitoringEducational and hobbyist electronics projectsEmbedded and IoT air quality sensing systems*Product image for illustration purposes only, actual product may vary.
